“BE CURIOUS, NOT JUDGMENTAL.”

Walt Whitman

I strive to create an authentic, welcoming atmosphere for my clients to explore their lives in a new way. I have experience helping adults & couples with anxiety, depression, life transitions, communication skills, and self-compassion.

By bringing more attention to our internal thoughts and feelings, and we can often better understand what fears, defenses, and old wounds may be getting in our way. This psychodynamic approach, Internal Family Systems (IFS) model, as well as mindfulness and interpersonal neurobiology all inform how I connect with clients.

We get to use the therapeutic relationship to explore your early life experiences and bring unconscious thoughts and patterns into the conscious awareness.
